The Planning Inspectorate have set a date for a public inquiry into the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1983 -s53 Order made by Kirklees to change the byway into a bridleway. The date is 29th January 2019 at Brian Jackson House in Huddersfield at 10am. The inquiry is scheduled to last 2 days.
It will be interesting to see what an inspector makes of it all.
