Following January’s public inquiry and the Inspector’s subsequent confirmation of the order adding a public bridleway at Nether Moor Farm the issue has now gone on to a cliffhanger finale .
PathWatch has been told that the order is to be challenged in the courts. We await the outcome with interest.
